Do you mean a specific Romulan Commander (ie, the female commander from "The Enterprise Incident," the male commander from "Balance of Terror", the male commander from TAS's "The Survivor", the male commander from TAS's "The Practical Joker", a commander from one of the books, etc.) or an OC Romulan Commander?
