For crossovers you will need to type in/paste in the fandom name as: Crossover - Fandom
For the relationship tag, it won't already exist in the form we need it in, so you will need to write it in manually listing the characters in alphabetical order by last name (and, if they don't have a last name or multiple characters share a last name, then by first name). You also need to put the fandom or a clear abbreviation of it after the character name. e.g. Buffy Summers (BtVS)
For example: Thirteenth Doctor (Doctor Who)/Ms. Frizzle (Magic School Bus)/Mary Poppins (Mary Poppins) or Female Hawke (Dragon Age)/Male Hawke (Dragon Age)/Female Shepard (Mass Effect)/Male Shepard (Mass Effect) or Hal Jordan (Green Lantern 2011)/Ryan Reynolds (RPF)/Wade Wilson (Deadpool Movieverse).
If you have any crossover ships that hit the 100 character/digits limit, due to long character names or lots of people in it, AO3 will give you an error message. If so, you can abbreviate the fandom names or leave out surnames to condense it down so long as it will still be clear which characters in the fandom and which fandoms you mean. If there's any that's still difficult to do that for or you're not sure if it will be clear to us/others, do let us know the ship by either commenting here or emailing us at holly.poly.exchange@gmail.com. and we'll try to figure out a way to condense it.
