I know you're already aware but I figured I'd jump in here and say that my Marvel 616 nomination for Luke/Jessica/Danny also got rejected and it happened seemingly automatically. I nominated, went back to add something, and it was already rejected though nothing else had been accepted or rejected with it. How weird!
