Number of Requests: A minimum of three different fandoms is required. So if you want to separate out pairing groups, you’re going to have to do more than three requests/offers.
The maximum number of requests/offers is eight. You can make more than eight requests, but if you do, you will be assigned one additional story per every eight additional requests. So 1-8 requests = 1 assignment, 9-16 requests = 2 assignments. If you make more than 25 requests, I’m probably going to give you an assignment to write a story for me, just because.
Characters or Pairing Requests: You must request/offer a minimum of three characters. There is no maximum, but I must be able to confirm that they are all canonically in the listed fandom. The requestor will list the characters that they want shipped together in any combination with each other, and will match with anyone who has listed as willing to write all the characters in that list. If there are no matches for all, I will look for matches in decreasing number, and so long as I can find someone who is willing to write three of the characters requested, it is counted as a legitimate match. So if you don’t want Steve Rogers paired with Tony Stark, put them in two separate requests. And if you don’t want to write Steve Rogers paired with Tony Stark, put them in two separate offers.

We are not running nominations through the AO3, but please use the AO3 name for your fandom wherever possible. In cases where the fandom is part of a larger megafandom, feel free to be as specific or as broad as you wish. But do make it clear what fandom you’re intending. Anyone who just asks for The Avengers with no other clarification will be assigned to write Cathy Gale/Tara King/Emma Peel/John Steed.
If you are unable to figure out how to clarify what fandom you mean, feel free to add some links or search for the tag on the AO3. From the dropdown, select ‘Fandom,’ and check the box next to canonical, and it will hopefully either give you one result or only a few to choose from. If you’re still not sure (searching like that for ‘avengers’ still gives 24 hits, after all), click on one of those tags and you should be able to see the tag structure, which shows you which fandom tags are higher (meta) or lower (sub). It will also list Character tags under Child tags, and you can see if the characters you want to offer are listed there.
Additionally, you may request one crossover, but it may not be one of your three minimum fandom requests. So if you request a crossover, your minimum number of requests is four. To signify willingness to write a crossover, you list which ones of your offers you’d be willing to write as crossovers, or you can make it a separate offer.
Media Types: You can choose from fic, podfic, remix fic, meta, vid, or fanart. You can specify more than one in the same request so long as the rest of the request is the same. This is not a request for both, it is a request for either. If you are requesting a remix of an already extant work, you must provide a link to an author statement that provides a blanket approval for that work, or provide me proof that it is okay for the work to be remixed in whatever form you're requesting. If you do not have approval before you submit your request and are not comfortable doing so, please state that and I will make the request for you. If you do not do one of the above options, the request will be deleted.
Requesting Podfic or Remixes: While you may make a request for a specific fic to be podded or remixed within the details of the request, that cannot be the extent of the request. Podfic recording time varies a lot based on the podficcer and the amount of supplemental material added to the podfic, and it is unfair to demand a specific work be read & reinterpreted given the minimum length requirements of the fest. That is to say, no one is obliged to remix Stealing Harry into a threesome masterpiece just because the requestor asked for it. Any requests that consist solely of requests for a specific work to be remixed in whatever fashion (podfic, fic, meta, etc), will be sent back to the requestor for clarification. If clarification is not received after one week, the request will be deleted.
Request Details: Everything else goes in request details. This can be as broad or as limited as you like. Ratings and requests to avoid triggers or certain content type (please do not use the word ‘squick,’ be respectful of everyone’s kinks) must be fulfilled in the request, but like Yuletide, story suggestions or details are secondary to fulfilling the relationship and fandom parts of the request. They are simply suggestions, not mandatory.
Other: Please note that for all of these fields you are welcome to put Any or All.

I'm setting up a collection on the AO3, but will also allow people to submit the work to me and I will post it for them anonymously on the comm, if they are uncomfortable posting their work to the AO3. I am also working on setting up hosting space for media files.
