settiaiIf you've written a Dear Creator letter, please feel free to link to it in this post. It is helpful if you provide your AO3 name, a link to your letter, the fandoms you've requested, and the relationships you've requested in those fandoms in your comment.
If you're new to exchanges, letters are completely optional. If you choose to do so, you can write a letter for your assigned creator and anyone who may potentially be considering making treats (ie, bonus gifts from people who weren't assigned to create something for you). You can use the letter to expand on the optional details that you may or may not have included when you signed up.
Essentially, you can provide more information about your likes/dislikes, prompts, headcanons, fannish opinions, links to your social media accounts, etc. It's basically a chance for you to provide your creator with more information that may potentially be helpful for them, with the understanding that anything you include in said letter is optional and not something creators are required to follow. (Once again, if you have specific DNWs, please make certain to mention them in your sign-up itself.)
