Signups delayed

We have decided to delay signups due to unforeseen issues with the tagset -mainly, checking for eligibility of the nominated relationships. Besides, there are A LOT of nominations that have not been processed due to the sheer volume of nominations we've received this year.
We expect to be able to clean up nominations and have the definite tagset soon. For the moment, signups are delayed until November 12th, but we will inform you if this changes.
