If you want to request that a relationship be asexual/queerplatonic/etc., then that's something to include in your details when signing up.

There have been several relationships nominated simply under Real Person Fiction as the fandom. I've neither approved nor rejected them at this time, so if you made any of those noms, can you please go edit them to list the specific RPF fandom?

Asexual or queerplatonic takes on these poly ships being in optional details means they would fall under ODAO, right? And that we wouldn't be forced to write it that way if we were offering the ship as a real ship, not a platonic anything?

Yes, that's correct. Let's say that someone listed explicit sexual content as a DNW in their sign-up and said that they headcanon it as a asexual relationship. The creator would need to leave out explicit sexual content, per the DNW, but they wouldn't have to write it as an actual asexual relationship unless they wanted to do so.

(That said, as someone who's on the ace spectrum, I'd ask that you please avoid implications that asexual relationships aren't "real" 'ships if you have any other questions related to this subject.)
