holly_polyThe archive will be going live sometime shortly after midnight EST, in approximately twelve hours. If you're working on editing the work that you posted, or if you plan on posting any treats before the archive is made public, that's when you need to have it done.
Thank you to everyone who commented on the previous post or who sent an e-mail, especially those of you who were polite about it. For those of you who were less-than-polite, please remember that I'm one person who's trying to keep things running as smoothly as possible. Sending an e-mail from a clear sock account in which you insult me isn't going to help your case.
Next year, I will make certain to have the schedule posted in a pinned post here on Dreamwidth so that there's no confusion about timing. Just like last year, I'll be asking for suggestions and recommendations for changes after the exchange finishes, so if there's anything else you think would make things run more smoothly, please be thinking about it.

It was a mix-up and a miscommunication that made us wait one single day later. God forbid people be humans.
