I've thought about this long and hard before making a decision, but I think that this most recent round of the exchange is going to be the last one with me as the mod. I love Holly Poly, but it takes a significant amount of time and energy to keep it running, and my IRL responsibilities have increased in recent years to the point where I don't think that I can give the exchange the focus it deserves. As much as I'd love to keep being the person behind the curtain, I just don't think it's feasible for me.

While I'm stepping down, I'd love to see the exchange keep running in some way, shape, or form going forward so I hope to hand the exchange off to new leadership. I wanted to go ahead and do it now so that the new mod(s) will have plenty of time to prepare for the next round of the exchange and decide on any potential changes they want to make.
