Less than 11 hours left to submit your nominations for this year's Holly Poly - see our countdown link. We currently only have 20 fandoms left to approve though we expect more to come in still. Out of those left to approve, we have a number of nominations we need clarification for.

If we haven't heard anything about these nominations by 11:00AM GMT November 14th, they will be either corrected based on our best guess or rejected and signups will open as scheduled.

If you nominated Skaaiat Awer/Awn Elming/Justice of Toren One Esk we just want to check if using 'Justice of Toren One Esk' instead of AO3 character tag 'Justice of Toren One Esk Nineteen | Breq' was deliberate. We aren't sure if that was a mistake to use the shorter tag or if using it was meant to indicate a specific instance of the character earlier in their timeline when circumstances were different for them.

If you nominated A night in the flesh pits of Zebulon Five (OW), we have a few clarifications we need.
- Firstly, we aren't sure if this belongs in Original Work because of Zebulon Five featuring in a fictional documentary trailer and the Space Cadet's Radio entry about it. Can you clarify if either/both of those would be expected sources of info for anyone working on the prompt? We'd probably consider it it's own fandom if there's established canon like that to work off of, but we are happy to hear why you'd classify it original work instead.
- We also wanted clarification of what is meant by flesh pits as that could be taken more than one way.
- The prompt also needs to be rephrased somehow to be describe character(s)/character(s) for the usual format ship tags have.
 - UPDATE: we've rejected this since it's not clear enough what's meant and we're not certain of the fandom
